Acceptance of these terms

By using FloxerFile — its file conversion tools or the Pro subscription — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

FloxerFile provides file conversion tools (Excel, PDF, Word, images, and others) that run in your browser. Every tool works without an account, subject to each tool's standard file size limit. See our Privacy Policy for how files are handled — they are processed in memory only and never written to persistent storage.

Accounts

An account is only required to subscribe to Pro. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Pro subscription & billing

Pro is a paid monthly subscription, currently $5/month, billed and processed by Stripe — we don't store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Pricing may change; if it does, we'll do our best to give existing subscribers advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to process content you don't have the right to use.
• Attempt to abuse, bypass, or overload the service — for example, circumventing rate limits or automating bulk requests outside normal use.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts or traffic that violate this section.

No warranty & limitation of liability

FloxerFile is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that conversions will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose — always keep your own copy of any file you convert. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloxerFile isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service

Tools may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product evolves. We'll try to avoid disruptive changes to features you rely on, but we can't guarantee any specific tool or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Termination

You can stop using FloxerFile at any time, and cancel a Pro subscription from your dashboard whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date above will reflect the change. For material changes affecting Pro subscribers, we'll try to notify you by email.
