No. This tool enlarges your image using high-quality Lanczos interpolation, not an AI super-resolution model. It won't invent detail that isn't already in the original image — it produces a smooth, sharp enlargement, not a hallucinated one. If you need AI-based detail reconstruction, a dedicated AI upscaling service is a better fit.

Why is there a size limit on how much I can upscale?

Very large output images use a lot of memory to generate. If your chosen scale would produce an extremely large image, you'll be asked to use a smaller source image or a lower scale factor.

Will the output be a different file format than my input?

No. JPG, PNG, and WebP inputs are all upscaled and returned in the same format.

Are my files kept private?

Your files are processed on our servers solely to perform the upscale. They are deleted automatically once the download is complete and are never shared or stored long-term.
