Will the rotated image have different dimensions?

For 90° and 270° rotations, yes — width and height are swapped. A 180° rotation keeps the same dimensions.

Will rotating remove the transparent background of my WebP?

No. The alpha channel is preserved exactly as it was — rotation only changes orientation, it never flattens or alters transparency.

Can I rotate other image formats?
