Frequently asked questions

What rotation angles are available?
You can rotate by 90 degrees (quarter turn clockwise), 180 degrees (upside down), or 270 degrees (quarter turn counter-clockwise).
Will the rotated image have different dimensions?
For 90° and 270° rotations, yes — width and height are swapped. A 180° rotation keeps the same dimensions.
Will the quality of my image be affected?
Rotation itself doesn't degrade image content, but the output is re-encoded as JPG, which uses the same lossy compression as the original format.
Can I rotate other image formats?
This tool only accepts JPG and JPEG files. Support for other source formats may be added in the future.
Are my files kept private?
Your files are processed on our servers solely to perform the rotation. They are deleted automatically once the download is complete and are never shared or stored long-term.
