Why convert RAR to ZIP instead of just extracting it?

Many devices, browsers, and older software can open ZIP files natively but need extra software for RAR. Converting to ZIP means anyone can open your files without installing anything.

Will the folder structure inside the archive be preserved?

Yes. Files keep the same folder layout in the ZIP as they had in the original RAR archive.

Does this support password-protected RAR files?

Not currently. Password-protected RAR archives aren't supported yet — remove the password before uploading.

Are my files kept private?

Your files are processed on our servers solely to perform the conversion. They are deleted automatically once the download is complete and are never shared or stored long-term.
