Organize PDF Online

FloxerFile lets you rearrange the pages of any PDF without installing software. Type the page order you want as a simple comma-separated list — pages you leave out are removed from the output. Whether you need to move a single page, reverse a document, or drop a few unwanted pages, it takes a few seconds and the result is ready to download.

How it works

   Drag and drop your PDF or click to browse. Files up to 20 MB are supported.

   Type the page order

   Enter the pages you want to keep, in the order you want them, e.g. "3,1,2" or "1-2,5,4". Any page left out of the list is removed.

Frequently asked questions

How do I specify the page order?

Use a comma-separated, 1-indexed list of page numbers in the order you want them to appear. A single number selects one page (e.g. "5"). A dash defines a range (e.g. "1-3"). Example: "3,1,2" moves page 3 to the front, followed by pages 1 and 2.

What happens to pages I don't list?

Any page not included in the order is removed from the output PDF. Only the pages you list are kept, in the sequence you specify.

Can I list the same page twice?

No, each page number can appear only once in the order. If you need a page to appear multiple times, use the split-pdf tool to extract it first.

Will the quality of my PDF be affected?

No. Reorganizing does not re-encode or modify any content. Pages are copied exactly as they appear in the original.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

No, password-protected PDFs cannot be reorganized. Remove the password protection first using your PDF reader, then organize the file.

How is this different from Remove Pages from PDF?

Remove Pages is built around listing what to delete while everything else keeps its original order. Organize PDF is built around listing the full order you want — which also lets you reorder pages, not just drop them.
